◆「責任」とは「説明責任」と、そのプロセスの開示をすることだと思っていて、その情報が発信された情報源と、その環境をしっかり伝えることが重要だと思う。アンケート結果だっていくらでも操作できるから、根拠を提示せずに議論するのは時間の無駄ばかりかマイナスな方向に進む。
◆アンケート結果を”不正なく”意図した結果にする方法は、そういう人が沢山いそうな所にいって「無作為抽出」してアンケートする。もしくは、意図した結果がでるまで続ける。世の中の公表されてるアンケート結果ってほとんどこれぢゃねｗ？コストかけてアンケートとる時点で何か意図あるわけだし。
◆こういう災害時に、各メディアの情報を集約した「まとめサイト」がリアルタイムでできたらうれしいな。NHKでも追いきれない情報が民放にもあるから。そういうことをウチで早くできるようになります。
◆津波の速さは、水深が深いところ(5000m)だと時速800㌔ものスピードです。水深10mくらいだと数十㌔です。波面の高さは水深に反比例します(理論通りですが)。また津波は来るときより引くときの方がより注意が必要です。油断大敵！
◆出版社と、著者や印刷所との関係は、本当にマチマチです。力関係や内容によってぜんぜん変わってくるので、電子出版のデバイスができたとしても、それに向いているコンテンツと向いてないコンテンツは分かれると思う。。。
◆著者が一人の場合と、共著の場合と、複数いる場合でまた難易度が変わってくる。人数が多くなればなるほど、大変になる。
◆今までは出版社（その編集者）がその役割も担ってきたけれど、電子書籍市場では、そういう権利をまとめて、ちゃんと配分するような会社が伸びると思う。でもそれに一番近いのは出版社だと思う。
◆着メロビジネスをはじめるときに勉強して、重要だったのは、著作権と著作隣接権、自動公衆送信権の３つ。でもあとから送信可能化権とか著作人格権とか所有権とか、いろいろでてきた。結局これらでの判例はどうなったのだろうか。
◆何が理論的に正しいかは、著作権の世界では最重要ではない。最重要なのは感情だと思う。著作権は「理論」じゃなく「感情」だと思う。
◆権利の世界でリアルに重要なのは「判例」。最初の大きな判例がどう出るかで流れが決まるのだろうな。
◆「通信と放送の融合」とかいって実際はITがテレビへ一方的に参入しただけになったように、出版も同じように言うほど融合はしないかも。既得権益を守りたい利権ビジネス・文化・人物的に、テレビと出版は似ているところがあると思うから。既存のものじゃなくて新しいものが生まれるような気がする。
◆大きな利権があると、逆にその利権に縛られて身動きが取れないから。著者と出版社との権利が明確になれば過去の出版物の電子書籍化も進むけど、実際に「明確」になることが無く、結局は個別対応になるって結局ずるずるいくと思います。
◆総合商社がコンサル&ベンチャーキャピタル化してきたように、出版社もコンテンツに対してのコンサル＆投資育成できる環境を強化すれば道はある！と確信した夜ミーティングでした。
